She found her way to Nashville in 1990. Nashville was to become her home. In 1992 she bought her first home in Sylvan Park. She recounts that is was the best ....but scariest thing she had ever done.
1997 she met and married her neighbor. They both know still reside in Sylvan Park in his renovated 1905 Queen Ann Home. Keith, her husband thought that she would enjoy Real Estate.
In 2003 she got her license and went to work. Her first year she earned the "rookie" of the year award. She continued to excel in Real Estate and went on to be listed as one of the top 20% of Realtors in Nashville.
In 2007, after meeting the Tar qualifications she received her Broker's license. With three other partners they for InCompass Realty,LLC.
So as you can see Susan has found her calling and says that all of her life experiences really have helped make her successful in Real Estate. She know and understands how to "get the job done". Customer service and continuing education are most important to her. She looks back on her first purchase and uses this to help her comfort her 1st time home buyers.
